Jack Pisarcik, President
Mr. Pisarcik brings over 37 years of experience in both natural gas marketing and Production. Jack began his career as a Production Engineer with Williams Company in Tupton, California his responsibility was the production of 500 producing wells. After leaving Williams, he traveled to Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia to work as a Drilling Engineer with ARAMCO, the Arabian American Oil Company of Saudi Arabia. Jack worked offshore in the Arabian Gulf overseeing drilling operations on Directional wells over 7000 feet.
In 1987, Jack and three partners started Interstate Gas Marketing, Inc. (IGM). With open access ordered by FERC, Interstate began selling natural gas to Pennsylvania end users, Jack was responsible for transportation of Natural Gas on Interstate Pipelines to meet the requirements of all customers. IGM quickly became the leading market of natural gas in the 1990’s with over 800 accounts and deliveries of over 300,000 @ day.
In 1999 IGM began actively drilling and operating their own natural gas wells, Jack was instrumental over seeing fracking and completions of the over 800 Natural Gas wells IGM completed.
In 2012 Jack, Joe Miller and Paul Pisarcik founded Mid-Atlantic Energy, to begin brokering Electric to regional accounts.
Jack is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.
Joe Miller, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Miller began his career in 1992 with Interstate Gas Marketing, he developed the Western Pennsylvania markets for IGM. The regional book grew to over 200 accounts and deliveries of over 20,000 @ day. In 1996 Joe accepted a position as Director of Northeast Sales for FPL Energy Services (now NextEra). Joe held the same positions with Sprague Energy and Select Energy.
In 2006 Joe rejoined Interstate Gas Marketing as a partner in the Natural Gas Marketing division and restarted the marketing group. Mr. Miller handled all Financial and Physical Deliveries of Natural Gas for the company. The marketing group combined sales in both Electric and Natural Gas to regional customers, with annual sales of over 40 million.
In 2012 Joe became the COO of Northeast Energy, the drilling division of Interstate Gas Marketing, this business was a leader in the Marcellus Drilling activity and employed over 180 personnel. Mr. Miller was instrumental in developing relationships with the largest Natural Gas producers in the United States, the sales for this company were over 30 million annually.
Joe was a 1992 Graduate of Westminster College with a degree in Business Management.
Paul Pisarcik, Vice President Marketing
Mr. Pisarcik, began his career in Computer Programing with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California. In 1987 he began his career with Interstate Gas Marketing as a manager in the Sales Department. Paul was instrumental in growing IGM from 1987- 1996. Paul continued working for Enerval which purchased the assets of IGM in 1996, as a Regional Sales Director.
In 2000, Paul was hired by IGM to sell private placement memorandums to Accredited Investors for Natural Gas wells drilled by IGM. By 2012 Paul was responsible for raising over $800 million for the drilling programs.
Paul has over 30 years in the energy business, in 2012 he joined Joe Miller and Jack to form Mid-Atlantic Energy, he now leads the Electric Broker division for Mid-Atlantic Energy which now sells power to over 400 regional customers.
Paul is a 1982 Graduate of Kings College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming.
Greg Miller, Vice President Natural Gas Sales
Greg Miller is a 2004 graduate of Grove City College. He joined Interstate Gas Marketing in 2008 after four years a Quality Insurance Manager for Lennar Homes in Baltimore. Greg joined IGM as a salesman and quickly raised to Director of Marketing. He grew IGM broker/agent program to over 20 in two years along with supporting the Financial and Physical delivers of natural gas. Greg additionally moved into the roll of scheduling all-natural gas through the utility systems.
Brian Haney, General Manager
Brian K. Haney, Partner at Tomahawk Resources, LLC. and Independent Oil and Gas Consultant, has been involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 35 years. Mr. Haney has equally extensive backgrounds in oil, gas and mineral contracts, and oil and gas production. He was employed as Interstate Gas Marketing, Inc.’s Land Manager from 1992-2013 and retained as an independent consultant for Interstate 2016-2018. There Mr. Haney was directly responsible for the management and oversight of oil and gas production, well design, field development, gas marketing and oil sales, and the procurement and maintenance of oil and gas leases, and real estate. He also managed all legal matters including both title and litigation. Prior to working for Interstate, Brian was a Land Agent with Felmont Oil Corporation and Land Manager for Energy Production Company. He also spent time working in oil and gas field production for Energy Production and marketed natural gas for Consolidated.
Luke Pisarcik, Director of Operations and Contracts
Luke graduated from Wilkes University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. He started with Interstate Gas Marketing in sales and contract administration. Once IGM spun off its electric business to Mid-Atlantic Energy, Luke handles all negotiating with Electric Suppliers and contracts. Luke attends all PJM grid meeting and manages all channel partners electric pricing from origination to contract closing.
